At Geeta Hair, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury extensions and wigs. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the hair to verify it is still in its original packaging.

  Wait for Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused hair extensions, ensuring all tags and original ties are intact, and include your RMA form inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5 business days.
